Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have established stricter hygiene measures to ensure your safety, as well as that of our employees.

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Once a credit card is authorized, the funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. The card will not be charged until order is shipped. The card will be charged under Groupe Marcelle on your credit card statement.

Make sure to enter the card information as it appears on your credit card statement. Otherwise, the order will not be processed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (processing time excludes weekends and statutory holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day. Orders for priority shipping will be processed the next business day if received after 8:00  a.m. ET. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.

Salesgroupemarcelle.com is currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of Canada.

ORDER TRACKING

Following the approval of your order, as demonstrated by a confirmation email, your order will be prepared, your account charged, and your package shipped, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation with the carrier information. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be directed to the carrier website, where you will be able to track your parcel.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All items are final sale. No possibility of cancellation, return, refund or exchange. We will do our best to respond to your request. Under certain circumstances, Groupe Marcelle reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

• The products ordered are not available (a Groupe Marcelle Customer Service representative will contact you).

• There was difficulty in processing payment information.

• The delivery address is outside of Canada.

• A duplicate order has been placed

Groupe Marcelle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantities of products ordered, to close an account and to refuse or cancel an order, including after an order has been placed, whether or not this order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card. In the event that your order is cancelled after payment has been applied to your credit card, Groupe Marcelle will reimburse you the amount charged.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for ordered products that have been cancelled.
